Standard pajamas don’t work with a Pavlik harness — it’s surprisingly hard to find styles that fit. Our best find: oversized infant convertible gowns worn open at the bottom. For a sleep sack, size up as long as the neckline stays clear of baby’s face — we liked the lightweight Halo sacks best, though the bottom runs a little narrow over the harness. The Ergopouch or Love to Dream sacks with the arms removed are good options too.
We kept Molly in one-piece onesies all day to help keep the harness cleaner, along with wide-legged jumpsuits. Size up to fit over the harness, and look for styles with snaps on the inside of the legs so you can dress her without removing it.
